Videos/Photos Needed
At our reunion on July 26th, we are planning to show a video montage of our time at Bradford. Special thanks to Bob Birchell for offering his time and expertise to pull this together!
In order to make this video as fun, interesting, and entertaining as possible, your help is needed too! Bob needs content for the video such as taped portions or photos from sporting events, variety shows, plays, dances, ‘The Buddy System’, musical performances, etc. So…. start digging through your cupboards and files (or even your parents’!) and see what treasures you can find!
Video – Bob can work with practically any format (he’s good!). It’s likely you will have VHS (it was the 80’s!), but if you happen to have mini-dv, that would be wonderful. FYI – DVDs and other processed videos are more difficult to manipulate, but he’ll do what he can. Simply mail the video to Bob at the address below (be sure to clearly mark your name and contact info on what you send). You may also want to e-mail Bob to let him know what to expect.
Images – Printed or scanned pictures will work. Printed photos will ultimately have to be scanned in order to be converted to video. If you’d like to do this, that would be helpful, but it’s not necessary. Small batches of jpegs can be e-mailed to Bob and larger batches can be sent on disc/cd. Printed photos will obviously need to be sent via mail. Again, please be sure to mark your name and contact info on whatever you send.
Please start looking now and forward content to Bob ASAP. He will do his best to pull “the good stuff” from what is supplied and create a masterpiece! The more videos and images he receives, the better!!
